Everyone should go FF. The cows benefit from the R&D, technology improves, and we all benefit from it.

Kudos for going FF for Bigger resolution.

Wouldn't it be the cream? (which can turn into butter with a lot of effort)

Same carbs in both, though. One just has more water and less fat.
Cream will naturally separate from milk, but butter is made by taking all of the fats in milk, already separating into cream, and getting rid of most of the water. Therefore, butter is full fat, less water.

Butter - Wikipedia
" It is made by churning fresh or fermented cream or milk to separate the butterfat from the buttermilk."

And .. " Buttermilk is a dairy drink. Originally, buttermilk was the liquid left behind after churning butter out of cultured cream"
&
"One cup (237 ml) of whole milk contains 157 calories and 8.9 grams of fat whereas one cup of buttermilk contains 99 calories and 2.2 grams of fat.[9] Buttermilk contains vitamins, potassium, calcium, and traces of phosphorus.[10]"

So it's not just water removed it's a lot of other stuff.

The problem with FF is that it might not be healthy to have to carry around the extra weight.
