Stephanie Wilson shown here working the space in front of my lens during our recent shoot. After we finished our concept shot (see my Jan 18 post above a couple of spots) she started going through the other clothes she brought and when I saw this top I was like "That's it! No need to look further!"

I don't typically like taking pictures of people, actually I usually go out of my way to make sure people are not part of my photos. As such shooting portraits is completely alien to me, which makes it a compelling challenge. C&C most welcome.

To my eye #2 works better.
Good shot for someone that doesn’t usually shoot portraits.
Your subject area is more tightly cropped making subject more prominent. The area where he’s focused is sharp while the rest of the scene is blurred. Also in the first shot there’s a bright light in the middle of the main area of interest; this is distracting.

Richard----bought the necklace and ear ring combo on a trip out to Phoenix. Cost me a few bucks but hey she loves it. Took this shot in e-portrait which somewhat satisfied the ole lady ---its not enamel, Cost me 1500. --turquoise and coral design?

I just uploaded this via my iPhone and looking at it zoomed, resolution is poor. Is there a way to upload hi-res images?

Using iOS Safari browser on my phone, in order to see full quality I have to tap on photo first then tap on a box with up arrow to load the best version. Try that.

Ken, I fear your wife is giving you the evil eye again!
Mike ---she has been suspicious of this crazy Irishman from day one!!!!! Finally after 30 yrs being together she eased up some. Can't say how lucky I've been-----she puts up with my insanity with a smile. Regards

Stephanie Paige shown here is bringing all kinds of "glam" to the lobby at the Graduate Hotel inNashville. The retro style of the hotel was the perfect setting for that incredible dress wrapped around a statuesque model like Stephanie. She really nailed the hair and makeup to the point where it looks like the hotel was built around her. For me, I totally dig the way her ink weaves its way into the image without disrupting it.

The Graduate Nashville is quite the playground for models and photographers. I feel these gold sofas are a great place in which to place a stunning model like Stephanie. Am I right?.. or did you even notice the sofa? :)
