The soon to come EM5.3 seems like to might answer your current Gen sensor and WR body needs and then you just have to pick one of the mentioned lenses.
I would try myself to stay in format as you already have a good lens lineup and if you know your hike you would be able to pick one heavier lens for a special photo you have in mind. Switching formats takes that option away unless you go the whole way over.
