EM1.1 and PEN-F 5 years of Adventure

I am extremely grateful to find out that some of you appreciate some of the pictures below as I enjoyed and cherished them..


I enjoyed viewing my pictures on my phone ...
I never had descent monitors to view my pictures on.
Upon owning a 4K laptop and a 4k TV mid last year.

I have a new found respect to the images the MFT cameras have produced.
They come alive on higher PPI screens.

Here are a selected few of my shots from 2013 til now.
With the 2 cameras I came to own and a set of 1.8 Primes and regular zooms.

I am truly delighted the joy it had brought me.
I had some discipline of exporting my weekly favorites into a single folder.
and I accumulated quite a number of pictures.


At this early stage I have limited understanding about Aperture and DOF, Composition etch... I am basically running and gunning.. taking pictures of what appeals to me.
That pure felling of joy, I am sure many of us share.

The Flight from Home after my fathers funeral. He succumbed to Lung Cancer. However he did had a chance to enjoy life. And see his efforts bare fruit.

At this stage I am pretty sure that I enjoy
Street, Food, Product Photography.
My love for the primes has never been so evident.
It is also become clear that the EM1 is a camera far more capable of my skill.
and I can actually conclude that I don't need that much of a Highe End body.
Since I wanted to have a 2nd camera Insted of upgrading to EM1.2 I opted for the Pen-F.

thank you to Robin, who is so generous in bringing us into his world and his photo walks.
I had a chance to shoot with him, finding places and events only the best photographers are aware of.
Allowing us to see his world and be part of it, even though we have not earned the right to do so...

I literally owe him the past few years of my life. It has brought color to my weekends.

Really excellent work. You have a fantastic eye for street photography and your post processing skills are to be envied. I have been lusting after the E-M1.2 and just this weekend was thinking how much I enjoy the E-M1.1 and E-P5. Your images and some of mine have convinced me that my cameras are plenty good enough. I need to spend more time shooting. Time to get involved with a photography club and go out on walks. I was shooting with the E-P5 and 25mm F1.8 yesterday and was reminded just how much I like that lens.
